What is a signature credit?
One credit = one Aadhaar eSign on a document. If a document needs 3 signers, it costs 3 credits. Credits never expire and are tied to your account. The same credits are used from the dashboard and the API.
Is there a minimum purchase?
You can buy as few as 10 credits at a time. There is no maximum limit. Buy what you need, when you need it.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits never expire. Use them at your own pace, whether that is today or a year from now.
Are there any hidden fees on credits?
No. ₹15 per signature is all-inclusive for eSign credits. There are no platform fees on credit purchases and no setup costs. GST is included in the price.
How much does the SignYu eSign API cost?
API access is ₹999/month (GST included) with a 3-day free trial. Signing still uses the same ₹15 credits. You only need the subscription if you want API keys and webhooks.
Do I need the API subscription to use SignYu?
No. Most users only buy credits and sign from the dashboard. The API subscription is for developers who want to embed Aadhaar eSign in their own product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. API subscriptions support card and UPI Autopay. All payments are processed securely in INR.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Yes. If you have unused credits and want a refund, contact us at [email protected]. We will process refunds for unused credits.
